Returns

We offer a 100-day money back guarantee to anyone who buys our products. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with the Weighted Evolution blanket we would be happy to refund your purchase. Simply send an email to orders@weightedevolution.com describing your issue and we will send you instructions with return packing and shipping instructions. Once we receive your return we will issue you a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you have determined that you would like to try a different size or weight, a one-time exchange will be offered within 30 days of receiving your blanket. You will be required to send back your original blanket (Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping charges) which must be undamaged and in like-new condition in its original packaging. Weighted Evolution will treat an exchange as a completion of the 100 Night Trial.

Once the original product has been received, we will then send out the replacement to you provided that the product is sent back in accordance with our policy. This process usually takes 14-30 business days depending on the season.To proceed with an exchange please email orders@weightedevolution.com with your name and order number and we will be happy to assist you with this process.
